Services
If
you suspect you may have lost or left something on one of
our coaches then please inform us. We will then endeavour
to do our best to track down your property.
Please
inform us during office
hours by telephone,
otherwise then the preferered contact method is by email,
the relevant address is operations@lakesidecoaches.co.uk
.
In
both cases please be ready to specify:

A brief description
including colour, size etc. of the item.

What
party you were travelling with or what your destination
was.
-
Where
you think you may have left it on the vehicle ie. boot,
side lockers, luggage racks.
If we find your
missing property then the individual can retrieve it from
our main
depot during office hours.
NB. We reserve
the right to make a charge on collection of lost property.
Also if property is not claimed within 3 calendar months of
its discovery by ourselves then it will be disposed of (sooner
in the case of perishable goods).
Private
Hire
-
Account and Business customers: terms are strictly 30 days.

Individuals: deposits are sometimes required a minimum of
24 hours before departure, otherwise payment on the day of
departure will usually be acceptable.
Excursions
-All seats must
be paid for a minimum of 2 weeks before departure, except
in the case of last minute bookings.
Payment is accepted
in the following forms:
Cash
Cheque -
Made payable to Lakeside Coaches Limited.
BACS - Details
are available on request.
